Registration & Confirmation
Registration is considered confirmed only upon full payment. Saudi Face 2026 reserves the right to decline or cancel any registration at its discretion, in which case a full refund will be issued.
Cancellation by Participant
Participants may request cancellation by submitting written notice through the official communication channel.
- Requests received more than 4 weeks before the event: eligible for a full refund.
- Requests received 2-4 weeks before the event: eligible for a 50% refund.
- Requests received less than 2 weeks before the event: non-refundable.
Refund Processing
Approved refunds will be processed in a reasonable timeframe, typically within 7 to 60 business days, depending on payment providers and internal procedures.
Event Changes or Cancellation
Saudi Face 2026 reserves the right to reschedule, modify, or cancel the event due to unforeseen circumstances, including but not limited to operational, safety, or force majeure events.
In such cases, participants may be offered a rescheduled date, credit, or refund, as determined by the organizers.
CME Accreditation & SCFHS Requirements
CME hours, where applicable, will be awarded in accordance with the regulations of the Saudi Commission for Health Specialties (SCFHS).
Participants are responsible for providing a valid SCFHS account number during registration to ensure proper allocation of CME credits.
To be eligible for CME certification, participants must attend all required sessions in full, complete mandatory check-ins, and fulfill any evaluation or verification requirements.
Saudi Face 2026 shall not be responsible for failure to award CME credits due to incorrect SCFHS details, late arrival, early departure, failure to meet attendance criteria, or non-compliance with SCFHS regulations.
Attendance & Conduct
All participants are expected to maintain professional and respectful behavior. Saudi Face 2026 reserves the right to refuse entry to, or remove, any individual whose conduct is deemed inappropriate, disruptive, or non-compliant with event policies, without a refund.
Transfers & Substitutions
Registration may be transferred to another individual only with prior written approval from the organizers. Requests must be submitted within a reasonable timeframe before the event.
Promotions & Discounts
Any promotional offers or discount codes are subject to specific eligibility criteria. Misuse, duplication, or unauthorized use may result in cancellation of registration without a refund.
Liability
Saudi Face 2026 is not liable for any personal injury, loss, or damage to personal belongings during the event, except where required by applicable law.
Intellectual Property & Media
By attending, participants grant Saudi Face 2026 the right to use photographs, videos, or recordings taken during the event for promotional and marketing purposes, unless otherwise requested in writing.

By completing registration, participants confirm that they have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions.
